The thoughtful staff at Stone House Lavender is dedicated to helping couples host unforgettable events. Complete with a balcony, this inviting setting makes wedding preparations as memorable as possible. Prior to the celebration’s highlights, to-be-weds can spend time with loved ones in the barn’s 400 square-foot get-ready spaces for each guest-of-honor. While celebrating, newlyweds and their guests can even admire grazing cows at all stages of life in the adjacent, serene pasture. To incorporate the farm’s tranquility and picturesque scenery indoors, the barn features an area overlooking a lavender field. The building consists of 5,680 square feet of event space, allowing newlyweds to share their big days with up to 160 guests. Ideal for one-of-a-kind events no matter the season, the barn itself is custom-designed and climate-controlled. The grounds at Stone House Lavender consist of fragrant lavender farms and a charming barn, composing a bucolic setting for milestone moments. Conveniently situated in north-central West Virginia, the venue is 25 minutes from Morgantown, 45 minutes from Uniontown, and 90 minutes from Pittsburgh. When celebrating here, couples have the opportunity to add their unique stories to the property’s spirit of love and family. To supplement the historical beauty of the farm, we have recently added a White Barn with a stone foundation to host large events. Complete with hand-forged floor nails and hand-cut stone walls, the house encapsulates and memorializes the state’s 19th-century history. This historical establishment has been home to eight generations. Our Stone House on the farm was originally built in 1850.
